22 weeks

Yeah, I will admit that I invited him to photobomb.  I am trying hard to involve him in every step of this Growing a Baby/Brother process.  I want him to understand he is unquestionably precious to me and that I will always love him with a ferocious and protective intensity.

Reveal!

He was disappointed at first, but I think he's coming around...  He's starting to think about all the things he can teach a little brother.

Pre-Big Reveal

Tomorrow is hopefully the Big Day.  It's the 20 week ultrasound, and we're hoping to find out what the sex of the baby is.  A baby who, by the way, has started be-bopping around my innards.  In the last days of pregnancy, the movements are comforting and either pressing or gliding.  In the first days, it's sort of creepy.  I can't believe I forgot about that...  I mean, there's something moving inside of me, and it's alive!  (And it's not a tapeworm.)

So hey, all bets are on.  Because I'm not even going to take a guess.  Last time I tried, I figured it was a girl, and I got all boy, baby.
